Co-creation & Collaboration...

I champion a collaborative approach in all of the work that I do. Having the ‘right people in the room’ or ensuring the right stakeholder visibility is key to success in delivering projects and initiatives. I use a number of techniques to work collaboratively with teams and teams of teams to create an environment of openness for efficient and effective working. This may take the form of workshops, design sprints or as a way of connecting teams in the agile development process. Fundamentally I champion co-creation, bringing end-users into the design process and building empathy between stakeholder groups.
